Not Satisfied? Our Return Policy

We take pride in creating high quality products and standing behind every order we produce. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of the time, care, and craftsmanship that go into each item.

We review all return requests on a case by case basis with the goal of treating our customers reasonably while upholding our standards and processes. When customers are treated fairly, we believe that fairness is returned.

Standard (Non-Customized) Products
We accept returns on standard, non customized items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customized and Fundraising Products
We take pride in creating fully custom fundraising and personalized products that are made specifically for each customer or organization. Due to the time, materials, and labor invested, customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun or final approval has been given.

Refunds or replacements for customized products will only be issued if an error occurred on our end, such as a production defect or mistake that does not match the approved design. In these cases, we will promptly work to correct the issue.
